We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express + PayPal. We also have AFTERPAY. 

What if I accidentally list an incorrect address as my shipping address?Please email customer service immediately at shop@janeandwillow.com with “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS” as the subject. In the body of your email, please include your name and your “Order Number”.

I want to order something, but it’s out of stock! When will you get more products in?

How do I know when to pick up my items for the local pick up option? You will receive an email when your items are ready. You then will text the number given to you via instructions when you pull up to the building. 

Does jane + will provide shipping labels for returns? 

Your original shipping charge is non-refundable. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item, choose any carrier you like. please include your original invoice or order number in the return package.

Does jane + willow provide refunds?  

We do not provide refunds. We only do store credits for the amount you are returning if the product is eligible for the return.
