you will receive an email when your items are ready. you then will text the number given to you via instructions when you pull up to the building. 

your original shipping charge is non-refundable. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item, choose any carrier you like. please include your original invoice or order number in the return package.

we do not provide refunds. We only do store credits for the amount you are returning if the product is eligible for the return.
