domestic shipping
standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. if you do not received your package in that timeframe, please reach out to us at shop@janeandwillow.com. we also offer free shipping on all orders over $175. we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
international shipping
we ship to canada. standard shipping cost $30.00 and your order should be delivered within 4-6 weeks, but we don't guarantee international shipping times. jane + willow is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. if your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim or your local authorities.
overnight shipping
the order will be overnighted if ordered before 11 AM EST monday thru friday. orders placed after 11 AM EST will be shipped out the next business day.
lost or stolen packages
if you purchased package protection and there is an issue with a shipment and or damaged product please click here.
ownership of packages is turned over to USPS or UPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. jane + willow is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. we are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS. if your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim or your local authorities.
PLEASE NOTE:
your original shipping charge is non-refundable. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item, choose any carrier you like. please include your original invoice or order number in the return package.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition: unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. if we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you and you will not receive a store credit.
we do not issue refunds.
