HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
purchases made between november 19, 2022 + december 16, 2022 will be eligible for return through january 14, 2023. orders placed on + after december 16, 2022 will follow normal return policy.
we’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached. if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, mail it back to us within 14 days of your delivery date for a full credit of the cost of the item(s) for a jane + willow store credit. your return must be processed through our return portal HERE.
once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item(s) and the details of your store credit. please note: we do not issue refunds or cancel orders. every single return + or cancellation of an order will be issued as a store credit. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item.
if you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped order.
if you need to exchange for another size please contact us at email@example.com or DM us on our instagram at @shopjaneandwillow before returning the item so we can hold the size you need to return in advance. if you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.
reduced + sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
if 14 days have gone by since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
your original shipping charge is non-refundable. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item, choose any carrier you like. please include your original invoice or order number in the return package.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition: unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. if we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you and you will not receive a store credit.
we do not issue refunds.
